A new set of affordable flats set to occupy a newly created site due to demolition of an existing building. S2 Architecture appointed us to create the visuals to help secure planning permission for the project. Sticking with the ambition of S2, the visuals were to try and showcase a high level of quality in the material choices while maintaining a green relationship to the street edge. One visual was also to show the projects connection to the existing flats in place further along the street. Due to the projects time sensitive nature we had to get creative building this view due to its awkward positioning on location, making any photography impossible to obtain in the rapid timescale. We rebuilt the shot entirely in 3D using photography we obtained at an earlier shoot.
